Quick principles of rowing
then
3 x 250m row w/ feet unstrapped (max effort)

WOD
w/ a partner
3 rds for time – one person works and one person rests – each person must complete the following before moving on to the next set
100m row
200m row
300m row

Example –
1st partner rows 100m
switch spots
2nd partner rows 100m
switch spots
1st partner rows 200m
switch
2nd partner rows 200m
etc…for three full rounds
