Strength/Skill:
Clean Pull to Hip 3 x 3 (70 – 85 – 100%)
Clean and Jerk 4 x 3 + 1 (70-80%)
 
WOD:
10 ‘ AMRAP
10 x Cleans (70-80%)
10 x Hand Release Push Ups
10 x Wall Balls (20/14)
 
Cool Down:
Roll calves, hammies, glutes and low back
