Strength/Skill:
Muscle Snatch Barbell Warm Up
3 Muscle Snatches from the Hip, The Hang above Knee and Mid Shin.
4 x 2 + 1 Snatch Pull to Hip + Snatch (70-80%)
Each set you will do 2 x Snatch Pull to Hip followed by 1 Full Snatch
 
WOD:
14′ EMOM
Even – 3 x Snatch Pull to Hip + Snatch
Odd – 10 x Box Jumps (24/20)
 
Cool Down:
Hamstring stretches.  Accumulate 3 minutes of hamstring stretching on each leg.
