Strength/Skill:
Snatch Work:
6 sets of 2 Reps.  Each rep is one Snatch from the ground and one snatch from the hang above the knee without setting the bar down.
6 x 30 second squat holds.
Alternate between the 2 movements.
 
WOD:

Max Effort Snatches at 50%
1′ Rest, then….
4′ AMRAP
10 x Air Squats
10 x Single Arm Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
10 x Burpees
1′ Rest, then….
3′ AMRAP
Max Effort Wall Ball Shots
 
Cool Down:
Scorpion Stretch
Hamstring Stretches 3 x 30 seconds on each leg.
