5 x 5 Strict Pull Ups
Alternate between the 2 exercises.

5 x Cleans (60-80%)
20 x Double Unders
1′ REST, then….
5 x Jerks (50-70%)
20 x Air Squats
 
Cool Down:
Doorway stretches for shoulders
Prayer stretch on roller.
