8 x 3 Snatch Segment Deadlift (2-3 second pause at each, 1′, above knee and mid thigh) (70-100%)
 
WOD:
8 x 1 Heavy Snatch (Work on “Squat” Snatch is preferred)
 
Then…
 
3 x 250m Rows at 90-95% Effort
 
Cool Down:
Pigeon Stretch, 3 minutes on each side.
