6 x 2 + 2 Pull to Hip + Snatch (60-70%)
You will make two pulls to the hip using snatch grip then 2 snatches to make one  “rep”
After completing the above sequence, you will….
2 x Snatch at 80% with perfect form

Even – 3 x Snatches (50-70%)
Odd – 12 x Wall Balls (24/20)
