Strict Press 3 x 6 as Heavy as you can go.
 
WOD:
5 Rounds For Time:
15 x Power Cleans (50-65%)
10 x Hand Release Push Ups
5 x Pull Ups
 
Cool Down:
Hamstring Stretches 3 x 30 seconds on each leg
Accumulate 3 minutes in the bottom of the squat.
