8 x 1 Clean and Jerk (40-70%) Concentrate on form and warming up

WoD:

Grace
30 x Clean and Jerks (135/95) (Scale to 60% if needed)
If you’re feeling up to it…give Double Grace a shot

Post WOD:

4′ Tabata Dead Bugs, Any dead bug position you like or alternate.  20 Seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for a total of 4 minutes.  Repeat or extend if desired.
