8 x 1 1 + 1 Power clean and hang squat clean – Transition from the power clean into the hang squat clean (done from the top of the knee) without touching the ground. 60% of squat clean, not power clean. Emphasis on catching each lift as you land – ie feet should hit the ground as the bar is received in rack position. This is all about building form.
