Strength/Skill:
3 + 1 x 5 Hang Snatch from above the knee.
3 x 5 Pull Ups (Strict if able).
Alternate between the Hang Snatch and the Pull Ups.  Your last set of Hang Snatch is a Max Effort for Reps.  When you release the bar or rest at the bottom, the set is over.

9 x Box Jump Overs (24/20)
7 x Goblet Squats (53/35)
5 x Snatches (95/65)
 
Cool Down:
Scorpion Stretches.
Hamstring Stretches.
