Handstand walk practice! Take 10′ and mess around with some handstand walks, wall walks, handstand push-ups or handstand holds
then
Warm-up your power clean and perform 5 x 3 sets @ 70% – 80%, quick, non-consecutive sets

5 x 5 strict toes to bar

WOD –
3 x 4′ AMRAPs
12 wall balls
9 box jumps
6 T2B
2 power cleans
rest 1′ between rounds
