Strength:

6 x 1 + 2, 1 x  Power Snatch + 2 x Overhead squat (40-70%)
Perform one power snatch, stabilize and execute two overhead squats.

WOD:

16′ EMOM
Minute 1 = 4 x Snatches (60%) Take your time, perfect pulls
Minute 2 = 10 x Burpees Over Bar
Minute 3 = 10 x STRICT TOES TO BAR, or strict knees to elbow
Minute 4 = 30 Seconds of Double Under or Double Under practice
