Strength/Skill:
5 x 3 Snatch High Pull + Snatch (40-80%)
Alternate with….
5 x 30″, 6 inch Hold (In the supine position, core tight, elevate the feet 6 inches and hold for 30 seconds)
 
WOD:
Death by….
Minute 1 = 1 x Snatch at 60% and 1 x Goblet Squat (53/35)
Minute 2 = 2 x Snatche and 2 x Goblet Squat
Keep going in this manner, adding 1 rep per minute until you cannot finish the reps in that minute.
 
Cool Down:
Roll quads, hamstrings, calves and glutes.
