Your team will lift 10,000 (6500 for girls) total pounds from Ground to Overhead (GTO) with any safe technique.  Only one person can lift at a time.  Only one bar per team.  If you need to change out weights between partners the partner who is going to lift next cannot change out his/her own weights.  The partner(s) have to change the weights for them.  (For no particular reason other than I’m mean….)
 
So, if a male team uses a barbell with 100lbs total on it, you would need to lift that barbell a total of 100 times to complete your workout.  Any further math is at your own expense.
 
Cool Down:
 Walk the “Loop” as a pack.
Roll upper/lower back
