WOD:
In Teams of 2:
Buy In – Partner A will run 400m while Partner B completes as many Bear Complexes (Power Clean, Front Squat, Push Press, Back Squat, Push Press) (135/85) as possible.  Then Partner B will run 400m while Partner A completes as many Bear Complexes as possible.  The bar cannot rest on the ground.  The partner doing the Bear must rest with the bar elevated in some fashion.  When Partner B returns from the run, the WOD begins.
 
As a team the partners will accumulate:
20 x Power Cleans (135/85)
20 x Front Squat (135/85)
20 x Push Press (135/85)
20 x Back Squat (135/85)
20 x Push Press (135/85)
100 Double Unders EACH PARTNER
Run 400m TOGETHER
 
Cool Down:
Walk the Loop as a Pack
Spine Twists
