In teams of 2 or 3:
 
1 Partner is working while one is in ACTIVE rest:
Plank/Pull up
Chin over bar/Wall Balls
handstand/thrusters (85/55)
Bottom of the Squat/Burpees
Bar Overhead/Push Ups
 
Team accumulates 50 reps of each movement.  Active rest partner must be in the required position for the rep to count.  For example, resting partner must be in the plank for the pull ups to count.  If the resting partner comes out of plank, any reps done will not count until the plank is restored….
