Lobo mobility classes are tailored to loosen up tight muscles and increase flexibility. We use lacrosse balls, foam rollers, and bands to push, pull, grind, and crunch our way to better posture, open hips, and looser shoulders.  Our mobility programming is tailored to the meet the needs of athletes who train throughout the week and want a little extra push to dig deep and take care of their impingements, lingering aches and pains, and general masochists who love a little teeth-clenching misery.
