Boot Camp


Suitable for ALL fitness levels, Lobo Boot Camp is meant to increase muscle tone, cardiovascular endurance, and overall awesomeness through our fast-paced total body workouts. Through intense, short, functional movements, Lobo Boot Camp classes will improve an athlete’s overall fitness level in a fun, positive environment. You can expect to run, row, jump, squat, push, and pull your way to becoming the best you possible.

Our fitness program is one that incorporates endurance, strength, and gymnastics movements that prepare your body for any situation, including age. If you’re looking for yoga, this is not the place. Lobo mobility classes are tailored to loosen up tight muscles and increase flexibility. We use lacrosse balls, foam rollers, and bands to push, pull, grind, and crunch our way to better posture, open hips, and looser shoulders.  Our mobility programming is tailored to the meet the needs of athletes who train throughout the week and want a little extra push to dig deep and take care of their impingements, lingering aches and pains, and general masochists who love a little teeth-clenching misery.
