Strength/Skill –
Deload week!!! Work on form and stick to a speed limit of 60% on power lifting days
5 x 5 Deadlifts @ 60%
alternate w/
Sled push! Get nuts with it and go fast – to the fence and back – you pick the weight
or
100′ overhead barbell or plate carry with active shoulders (down and back in the gym)

WOD
5′ AMRAP –
2 Front Rack Barbell Lunges (75/45)
2 S2OH (75/45)
4 Front Rack Barbell Lunges
4 S2OH
6 Front Rack Barbell Lunges
6 S2OH…
**add 2 reps each set until the AMRAP is over
Rest 3′
1 Squat Clean (75/45)
1 Burpee
2 Squat Cleans
