Strength/Skill:
3 +1 x 5 Deadlifts
3 x 60 second weighted plank hold
Alternate between Deadlifts and Plank Holds.  Start with the Deadlift.  Your last set (the +1 set) will be a Max Effort for Reps.  When you release the bar or rest at the bottom, the set ends.
