Deadlift 5s – work up to a heavy 5 rep set and then perform one drop set of 5 reps @ 85% of your heavy 5 rep
then
3 RFT
10 walking lunges
10 box step ups

WOD –
12′ AMRAP
300m run
20 kb (single arm) weighted step ups
