Warmup:  5 x 50/60%
Work Sets:  5 x 75/80/85%
Alternate with…
5 x 5 Bat Wing Holds (As Heavy as long as you can hold and pause at the top with full contraction)

WOD:

4 Rounds:
3′ AMRAP
5 x Deadlifts (60%)
10 x Wall Balls (20/14)
5 x Hand Release Push Ups
Rest 1′, Pick up where you left off on the next round.
