Strength/Skill –
Deadlift 5s! Warm-up and work up to 3 working sets of 5 reps @ 75% 80% and 85%
or
Work up to a heavy 7 rep
then
3 rounds of 12 bar facing burpees AFAP w/ 1′ rest between sets

WOD –
6 RFT
2 Deadlifts
6 Burpees
9 T2B
12 Jumping air squats
