Death By Chest to Bar Pull Up (C2B) and Burpee
Minute 1 = 1 x C2B Pull Up AND 1 x Burpee
Minute 2 = 2 x C2B Pull Up AND 2 x Burpees
Minute 3 = 3 x C2B Pull Up AND 3 x Burpees 
and so on until you cannot complete the reps for that round.  
20′ CAP
 
Cool Down:
Roll the Posterior Chain (glutes, hammies, low back and inner thigh)
