Slow and Heavy!  Take one minute rest between sets.
 
WOD:
Max Effort:
2 minutes of Kb Swings (53/35)
rest 1 minute
2 minutes of Power Cleans (135/85)
rest 1 minute
2 minutes of Bar Over Burpees
 
Cool Down:
3 minutes in the squat rack stretch.  30 seconds on, 30 seconds off.
Roll back and lats!
