Back Squat
5 x 50%, 5 x 60%, 5 x 75%, 3 x 85%, 1 + 95%

WOD:

12′ AMRAP
30 x Double Unders
15 x Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
5 x Handstand Push Ups

Cool Down:

Use a lacrosse ball between your spine and shoulder blades to make sweat angels.
