Strict Bent Over Pendlay Row 5 x 8 As heavy as you can manage without bouncing.

WOD:

12 ‘ AMRAP
12 x Burpee Box Jump Over (24/20)
12 x Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
12 x Wall Balls (20/14)

Cool Down:

Spend at least 2 minutes on each side in the Wall Butt Stretch.
