Deadlift (Warmup) 5 x 75%, 3 x 85%, 1+ x 95%
Remember, these percentages are still found by using the 90% of your current 1 Rep Max. If you don’t know how to find these numbers please ask your coach.

WOD:
For Time:
30-20-15-10-5 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
5-10-15-20-30 Burpees
Alternate between the movements. As the reps for kettlebells goes down, the reps for burpees goes up!

Cool Down:
Roll the posterior chain. Spend at least 2 minutes in child’s pose.
