Practice jerk form if new to the movement.  If form is good, 3 x 5 moderately heavy jerks.
 
WOD:
Buy in:  1000m Row then:
5 RFT
10 x pull ups
7 x push jerks/split jerk (135/85)
200m run
 
Cool Down:
Foam roll thoracic spine
Use a lacrosse ball to roll trapezius muscles
