Today will involve 2 leaderboard strength movements and one leaderboard WOD.  Don’t miss out!

Bench Press 9 – 7 – 5 – 3 – 2 – 1 – 1- 1 Find your 1 Rep Max 
Back Squat Take 15 minutes to find your 1 Rep Max
 
WOD:  Weather permitting!  If we have inclement weather, I will alter the WOD.
 
Lobo Baseline WOD
400 m Run
40 Air Squats
30 Sit Ups
20 Push ups
10 Pull ups
400 m Run
 
Cool Down:
Frog Stretch for 3 minutes
Static Iron Cross

    Hi there – I was hoping to stop in this week as I’m getting married in San Antonio. I’ve been doing CrossFit for almost 4 years in El Paso. I am hoping to drop by today or tomorrow!
