5 sets of your choice (mix and match)
AHASP Sled push (down and back to the tree)
and/or
Sand bag bear hug walks (100ft)

WOD –
6 Rds for time
8 Deadlifts (60% speed limit)
5 Burpee box jumps
**should be non-stop movement throughout the wod
