Alright Pack, the Open is finally over.  Let’s get back to work getting stronger and fitter!
 
ground-deadlift
 
Strength/Skill:
Take 20′ to find your 1 Rep Max (1RM) for deadlift.
 
WOD:
10′ AMRAP
2′ Plank buy in, then….
9 x Box Jumps (24/20)
7 x Hand Release Push Ups
5 x Deadlifts (70%)
 
Cool Down:
Roll the posterior chain.
Spine twists.
