Happy Spring Break!  CrossFit makes your keg stands easier by the way.
Three sets of:
Romanian Deadlift x 6-8 reps @ 3011
Rest 60 seconds
Push-Ups x 15-20 reps
Rest 60 seconds
Jump Rope Technique x 60 seconds
Rest 60 seconds
Against a two minute running clock, complete as many rounds and reps as possible of:

12 x Kettlebell Swings
9 x Dumbbell Push Press
6 x Burpees

Rest two minutes between sets, for a total of three sets. Pick up each round where you left off, and record total rounds and reps completed.

Cool Down:
Shoulder stretches with PVC, pass thrus, foam roll, 7 slow passes per area rolled.
