Strength/Skill:

Deadlift (warmup, then…) 3 x 80%, 3 x 85% and 3 + 90% (compare weights to 20 April, and increase weight by 5-10 lbs.)
Alternate with…
5 x 6 Weighted (if able) Strict Pull Ups

Choose your poison:

Flight Simulator
5-10-15-20-25-30-35-40-45-50 (then back down)
Unbroken on each set Double Unders
If you miss on a set, you have to repeat that number

150 x Wall Balls (20/14)
Each time you drop or stop your wall balls for more than 3 seconds you must perform burpees.  Each consecutive set of burpees, increase the number by one.

Cool Down:
Roll the lower extremities.
