Strength/Skill –
3 x 3 Deadlift with working sets @ 80% 85% and 90%
alternate with
5 x 10 dips – rings/bar/box

WOD
15′ EMOM
1st min – 40 seconds of double unders
2nd min – 20 push-ups
3rd min – 5 pull-ups and 5 T2B

**Once good form is no longer able to be achieved with the push-ups, either switch to knee push-ups, or scale reps.
