– 3 from the hip plus one Overhead Squat
– 3 from the hang above the knee plus one Overhead Squat
– 3 from mid shin plus one Overhead Squat
then….
Segment Snatches 6 x 3 (40-60%)
From the ground, pause in the hang above the knee and then finish the lift.
