Intro to the Turkish Get Up
This is a fantastic way to build core strength, stability and overall stability.  We’ll cover good form and positioning and set you up to start making huge improvements with this one exercise.
In teams of two, with one person working at a time:
As many rounds as possible in 30 mins of:
10 Abmat Situps
10 Kettlebell Swings
20 Walking Lunges
400 m Run
Cash Out:
Foam roll obliques, glutes (you’re welcome) and IT band (sorry).  Pigeon stretch and deep squat with support if necessary.
