Strength:

Deadlift
Warm Up:  5 x 55/65%
Working Sets: 5 x 75%, 3 x 85%, 1 + 95%

WOD:

15′ AMRAP
200m Farmer’s Walk (53/35)
20 x Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
20 x Burpees

On the Farmer’s Walk, you may switch hands as often as necessary.  Keep the spine neutral and the core tight. Do not allow the KB to pull the spine into flexion or too far to the side.  Stay tight in the core!

Post WOD:  

6 x 1′ Side Planks.  Hips up, Alternate sides.
