Warm-up to a 5RM deadlift – attempt 5 to 10 lbs from the last cycle of 5RM
alt w/
Max effort on AB – attempt to max out wattage and stay there – as soon as your wattage drops, you’re done

6′ Warm-up double unders and thrusters

WOD –
3 RFT
30 double unders
21 AbMat Situps
5 Thrusters
21 AbMat Situps
30 Double unders
**Thrusters should be HEAVY
