3 +1 x 6 Ring Dips
3 +1 x 5 Pull Ups
Alternate between the two movements.  The +1 set will be a Max Effort for Reps set on each.
 
WOD:
3′ AMRAP
5 x Pull Ups
10 x Air Squats
 
Rest 1 minute, then…
5′ AMRAP
10 x Box Jumps
10 x Jerks (95/65)
 
Cool Down:
“Smash” arms with barbell.
Roll Glutes, Hammies and Quads.
