Deadlift
Warmup: 3 x 60/70% (more reps if needed, warmup!)
Working sets:  3 x 80/85% 3 + 90%
Alternate with…
5 x 10 Strict Toes to Bar (No kipping)

WOD:

21 – 15 – 9 – 6 – 3
Deadlift (50-60%)
Box Jump (24/20)
Run 200m after each rep scheme is completed.  So, AFTER you finish the 21 deadlifts and box jumps, run 200m and then go to the set of 15.
