Strength:

Deadlift:
Warm Up: 5 x 50/60%
Working Sets:  5 x 75%, 3 x 85%, 1 + 95%
Alternate with…
5 x 50 Flutter Kicks (Count one leg only)

WOD:

10’AMRAP
Buy In:  10 x Chest 2 Bar Pull Ups
In the Remaining Time:
15 x Wall Balls (20/14)
15 x Burpees
At the end of the 10 Minutes, immediately go do 10 Chest 2 Bar Pull Ups.  Do not rest or lay on the floor until you feel better.  Do the pull ups.
