Strength:

Deadlift:
Warm Up:  3 x 60/70% (feel free to do more reps if needed, warm up!)
Working Sets:  3 x 80/85% and 3 + 90%
Alternate with….
5 x 5 Strict Pull Ups, weighted if able.

WOD:

3 Rounds for Time:
400m Run
20 x Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
20 x Overhead Walking Lunges (45/25)
