Working Sets:  5 x 75/80%, 5 + 85%

WOD:

Plank Hold

4′ Max Effort Calorie Row

Core Work:

Max Effort Plank Hold.  This concludes the September Core Challenge.  If you’ve been doing the extra work you should see improvement over the plank hold on September 1st!
