5 x 3 clean plus front squat.  Two distinct movements.
Then, perform one single PERFECT Full Squat Clean.

10 x Power Cleans (95/65)
5 x Pull Ups
100 Double Unders
 
Cool Down:  
 Roll forearms with a lacrosse ball.
Iron Cross Stretches 3 x 30 seconds on each side.
