Walking weighted lunge with a plate 5 x 20 (45/25) Overhead or hug the plate to your chest

WOD:

20′ AMRAP
200m Run
200m Farmers Carry 953/35) (yes, right back out)
10 x Burpee Pull Ups (use your momentum!)
20 x Weighted Walking Lunges with a KB (53/35) You may carry the KB in any position, but keep core tight and spine neutral.  Yes, I know you did lunges yesterday.  Stop crying.
Core Work:

4 x Front Plank Holds (45s, 60s, 1minute and 45s, 2′)
