Strength/Skill:
Accumulate 5 minutes in the Handstand Hold.
Then, Max Effort Strict Pull Ups for 1 Round.  When you release the bar, you are done.
 
WOD:
200m Row
10 x Burpees
20 x Box Jumps
30 x Push Press (45/35)
40 x Pull Ups
50 x Double Unders (150 singles)
 
Cool Down:
Hamstring stretch 3 x 30seconds on each leg.
Place a lacrosse ball between your shoulder blades and make sweat angels.
