Strength/Skill:
5 x 5 Back Squat with 5 Second Pause at the bottom. (50-60%)
Notice:  You will NEED to breath at the bottom of this lift.  You also MUST maintain a neutral spine with tight core.  Resist the urge to increase your percentages, or pay the Ferryman at the river Styx the next several days.
 
WOD:
10′ AMRAP
20 x Overhead Walking Lunges (AHAP)
10 x Box Jumps (24/20)
5 x Chest 2 Bar Pull Ups
 
Cool Down:
Roll glutes.
Frog Stretch for 3 minutes.
