Strict Press 5 x 60/70%, 3 x 80%, 3 x 85%, 3 + 90%
Then…
Turkish Get Ups Alternating Arms 5 x 3 on each side (Time Permitting)
If you’re new to TGUs, we will hold a short clinic

WOD:

50 – 40 – 30 – 20 – 10
Double Unders
Air Squats

Cool Down:

Roll the calves and do doorway stretches for shoulders.
