Consider this day a “Murph” immunization.  We will be doing the hero WOD Murph on Memorial Day as we tradition dictates.  Get your immunization to help avoid a catastrophic event on Memorial Day.
 
Strength/Skill:
Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes:
3 x Front Squat + Jerk (40/45/50/55/60/70% of Clean and Jerk 1 RM)
 
WOD:
400 m Run, then….
4 sets of:
5 x Pull Ups
10 x Push Ups
15 x Air Squats, then….
400m Run
 
Cool Down:
Doorway shoulder stretches
Scorpion Stretch
